Tanya Dzera
Tanya co-founded Happy Go Lucky Pet Club to combine her lifelong love of animals with her passion for the outdoors. Growing up surrounded by pets, she always felt a deep connection to both animals and nature. Her passion continued to grow across three seasons of tree planting in Northern Ontario, where she planted 200,000 trees.

In 2019, Tanya began working as a professional dog walker and immediately fell in love with the job. It was the perfect way to bring together her passions while living in the city. During the pandemic Tanya and her long-time friend Tessa, who she met while studying at Western University, founded Happy Go Lucky!

Tanya now lives in Etobicoke with her two cats, Lucky and Artemis. And yes - Happy Go Lucky was named after Lucky!

Tessa Medlock
Tessa co-founded Happy Go Lucky Pet Club to bring joy to every dog or cat just as they bring us! Tessa has always been surrounded by animals including two tabby cats named Choco and Junie, and an adorable French Bulldog named Stella! She loves all animals and will care for your pets like they are her own. She launched Happy Go Lucky with Tanya during the pandemic as a way to combine her passion for helping animals, and a way to give back to her favourite communities in Toronto.
While attending Western University, she worked as a summer camp counselor for the YMCA and achieved her Bronze Cross in Lifeguarding and First Aid. After she graduated, she went on to become an entrepreneur and has been growing businesses ever since.

Julie is originally from Vancouver but has lived in Toronto for almost 20 years. She loves being outside hiking, camping and snowboarding.

Hi! I’m Michelle, a psychology student with a passion for animals and a love for dogs. I’ve been around dogs my entire life both big and small! I love getting to know new dogs and I strive to ensure each one of our furry friends feels safe and happy on our walks.

My 14 incredible years with my Miniature Poodle, Brownie, taught me everything about creating a loving and safe environment for dogs. Hello! My name is Agatha and I am a George Brown College graduate and city girl - born and raised in Toronto. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me as I grew up in a loving home with dogs, cats and birds. My love for animals led me to further my studies in Pet Nutrition, Pet Sitting and Professional Dog Walking. I treat each pet with the same love and responsibility of a family member. ​My name is Anzhelika - I am from Ukraine and moved to Toronto in 2022. I enjoy cycling, playing the violin, traveling, and taking long walks outdoors. Back home, I had a German Shepherd and many cats, and I have spent my whole life surrounded by both domestic and farm animals. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, which makes dog walking a wonderful opportunity for me.
